By Road:

From 110 Freeway North:

• Traveling on 110 Freeway North take the 3rd/4th Street Exit.
• On the 3rd St. ramp stay in the right lane to S. Flower.
• Turn right onto S. Flower.
• Turn right onto 5th Street and immediately cross to the far left lane. The subterranean parking under the building will be on your left side.

• Traveling on I-5 SOUTH toward Los Angeles take exit #137B to merge onto CA-110 SOUTH/Pasadena Fwy toward Los Angeles.
• Just under 3 miles take exit #23A-C for 6th Street/4th Street/I-110 South toward Downtown/Wilshire Blvd/3rd St.
• Keep left at the fork, follow signs for CA-110 S/Harbor Fwy.
• Take exit #23B to merge onto W. 4th Street toward Downtown.
• Turn right onto S. Olive Street.
• Take the 1st right onto W. 5th Street.
• The building is on the corner with Flower Street -- continue on 5th Street for the subterranean parking on the left just after the intersection with Flower Street.
