Directions

By Road:

After the split, stay in the left lane.
Take the Broadway exit, which is a left-lane exit. The exit dumps you onto Broadway, which is a one-way street eastbound.
Continue on Broadway through several lights until you cross Pine Ave. Just after Pine Ave, turn left into the first driveway, which is our parking garage.

There are several good surface streets that lead downtown. Any of these routes will get you to Ocean Blvd:

• Take Long Beach Blvd. south all the way to Ocean Blvd.
• The 22 Fwy West becomes 7th Street, then turn left on Alamitos Ave. to Ocean Blvd.
• Take PCH to Orange and turn south. Take Orange, which becomes Alamitos, to Ocean Blvd.

Turn right (west) on Ocean Blvd. and go less than a mile.
Turn right onto Pine Ave and go two blocks.
Turn right on Broadway, then make a quick left into the first driveway, which is our parking garage.

By Public Transport:

Take the Metro Blue Line into downtown Long Beach. Get off at the stop at the corner of Pine Avenue and 1st Street. Walk north on Pine Avenue toward Broadway. We are on the right (east) side of Pine, just north of Broadway.
